Welcome to the South Sound Triathletes

South Sound Triathletes is a USA Triathlon registered club with an active membership of over 80 athletes who live throughout South Puget Sound. We aim to support each other in our competitive goals by providing training opportunities, workshops and clinics on many aspects of triathlon, as well as socials to just have fun. We welcome novice triathletes with little or no racing experience as well as elite triathletes and are dedicated to training athletes at all levels for all distances. Mount Rainier Duathlons:
Long Course: Dave Gibson, 1st AG 50-54
Short Course: Christopher Clifford, 2nd AG 45-49
Ellina Hall, 2nd AG 35-39

Wildflower Triathlons:
Long Course: Dave Robbins, 19th AG 35-39
Andy Castaldi, 30th AG 35-39
Richard Ling (yes, I'm speaking in 3rd person now), 49th AG 45-49
Al Truscott, 4th Mixed Masters Relay
Olympic: Ross Drangsholt, 14th AG 45-49

The Saturday ride will leave from the Dupont Forza at 9:00 AM. The weather is supposed to be great.

June 9th (tentative)- Transition clinic and open water swim at Horseshoe Lake with possible bike ride. More details to follow.
